    I paid for a rental car as part of my package. I have not received any Info on what to do or a confirmation number for the rental or even what type of car I have. Where can I get that info?

    Hello Vincent!  It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just a few days!  I'm sure you want to make sure all your plans are set so you are ready to enjoy all the fun.

    Vincent, if you booked your vacation package through Walt Disney World Travel either online or over the phone, your rental car information should have been included in the original confirmation email you received when booking your package.  If you cannot locate your confirmation email, call 407-560-CHAT (2428) and provide your reservation confirmation number.  A Cast Member should be able to assist you with finding the information from your original package reservation.

    If you booked your vacation package with a travel agent or other travel company, contact your booking agent for information about your rental car.

    Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, follow airport signage to baggage claim if you need to retrieve checked luggage. To reach the car rental counters, follow signs to Ground Transportation located on Level 1.
