Ahoy there, Kathleen! Thank you so very much for cruising on by with your question. We're so glad you're here.
Kathleen, I was in your same shoes just a couple of weeks ago. I paid a placeholder on a cruise recently and went into panic mode trying to find it anywhere on the
Disney Cruise Line website. I'm a very good panicker! Fortunately, one short phone call to Disney Cruise Line helped with my placeholder, and I, like you, will be shipshape and ready to sail.
You won't find any information about your
placeholder on the website, not even with the information about your
Castaway Club status. In order to use your placeholder, you will have to
call Disney Cruise Line. They can give you the reservation number associated with the placeholder, and if you jot that down and store it at home, when you are ready to book your cruise, you can call back with that number to move forward. You have 24 months to use the placeholder, so it's a great incentive to take another high-seas adventure!
Kathleen, if you haven't set sail on the brand-new
Disney Wish yet, I recommend it as an excellent way to use that placeholder. I recently had an opportunity to spend some time on the Wish, and it was so much fun exploring the new spaces onboard.
Have a wonderful time planning your next big voyage, Kathleen!
Anna
