We paid to have memory Maker on this trip however all of our PhotoPass photos say we have to pay for them. Please link our memory Maker to our account.

    Welcome to planDisney, Lisa!

You are enjoying all the magic of Walt Disney World Resort right now!  I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot so you can have access to all your wonderful Disney PhotoPass photos.

Allow me to first reassure you that even if you aren't able to activate your Memory Maker purchase during your vacation, you won't lose your Disney PhotoPass photos -- they'll remain in your account for 45 days after the date on which they were captured.  Your Memory Maker can be activated anytime before your photos expire, and you'll be able to download them all without the watermark.  So go ahead and keep capturing those magical Disney PhotoPass memories!

If you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when purchasing Memory Maker online, it may have already been linked.  You can check by going to "My Plans" on the My Disney Experience website, and clicking on the link for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" on the left side of the page just below "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets".  Memory Maker purchases will be at the bottom of the list below your tickets.  If you don't see it listed there, you can link your Memory Maker by entering the confirmation number found in your purchase confirmation email.

I understand that you might not have convenient access to a computer or the website while on vacation.  If your Memory Maker purchase has been linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should see the option to "Activate My Photos" underneath any photo selected when viewing your photos in the My Disney Experience mobile app.  If you don't see that option, click the plus button at the bottom of the screen to select "Shop Memory Maker".  Scroll down below the purchase options and click the button with the words "Link It to Your Account" and enter the confirmation number.

Lisa, if you are unable to locate your Memory Maker confirmation number, contact the Disney PhotoPass team at (407) 560-4300 or stop by a Disney PhotoPass/Memory Maker sales center in any theme park to see if they can assist you.  You'll find locations of Disney PhotoPass sales centers listed on the park maps, close to the front of the parks.  If you prefer not to spend precious vacation time sorting it out, no worries -- it is totally fine to wait until you get home to call.

I hope that helps!  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime.  Wishing you a wonderful vacation!
