Greg from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I paid full price for a recent trip but you just started a promo for $83 per day. How do I get a credit for the difference?

    Hi Greg,

Welcome to planDisney! With so many incredible experiences to enjoy this summer at Disneyland Resort, I'm so happy to hear that you're able to soak up all of the magic and fun during your visit! I hope you have a BLAST and make memories to cherish for years to come!

While Guests may upgrade a previously purchased theme park ticket to the new California resident ticket offer by visiting a Disneyland Resort ticketing booth and paying the difference between the tickets they currently have and the ones to which they'd like to upgrade, no refunds will be able to be given on previously purchased tickets. If you'd like to take advantage of the new offer and purchase the promotional tickets in addition to the ones you already have, you're welcome to do so; I'd simply recommend making sure you use the correct ticket when you enter the parks since the regular multi-day theme park tickets expire 13 days after their first use.

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Greg, and please feel free to come see us any time you have a Disney-planning question as we're always here and happy to help. I hope you have a truly magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
