I have paid for my accomodations and park tickets, but I did not purchase trip insurance, however I am having second thoughts and may want to purchase trip insurance. Is it too late to add it to my reservation?

    Hi Amy,

While I have never purchased trip insurance, I do see the value. My extended family usually purchases it and it did save them money when they had to cancel a trip.

What I would recommend is to contact the travel company who booked your trip for you to ask about adding travel insurance. There is usually a window prior to your trip you can add insurance to your trip. Also note that insurance policies vary by the state you are in so this is another reason to reach out to the travel agent to find which company will be writing the policy.

I hope this information helps you have a magical vacation!
