Oh, dear. I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced this today. Magic Key passes are
nonrefundable and are nontransferable so let's double, no, make that triple check that your initial purchase did not go through. I'd hate for you to be "stuck" with an extra Magic Key pass that you can't use.
First, I would check to see if the pass can be found under your account in the
Disneyland app. Tap the "☰" to open the menu, followed by tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile. If you do not see your Magic Key pass here, your purchase may not have gone through. However, to be extra sure, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line to confirm if your purchase went through. They will be able to access your account and confirm if the purchase went through or not. You can call first thing in the morning when the phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
