We have a package with tickets starting on the 3rd of September, just wondering how far in advance we can get our park tickets? And where we collect them from? As we get to Orlando on the 29th of August. Thanks

    Hi Alana!

You can pick up your Disney World park tickets up to three days in advance by visiting Guest Relations at any of the parks (except for the water parks). When you visit Guest Relations request Early Ticket Pick-Up.

This is only valid for guests with packages at a Walt Disney World owned and operated resort. If you are staying off-property, then this option is not available. You can be staying off-property during your time of pick-up. You just must be staying at a WDW Resort for your package and ticket timeframe.
