    Hi, Is the Package Pickup service still working? and is it free? I will be staying a Disney hotel and would prefer to send any purchases from the parks straight to the hotel. Also, if the item gets lost/damaged would I get the money back? Thank you!!

    Hi Maria! I've just returned from a stay at Walt Disney World and can report that the package delivery service is still available. Disney resort guests can elect to have their purchases in the parks sent directly to their resorts rather than lugging them through the parks. I've never had an item lost or damaged when using this service, but if it happened, I'm sure the resort concierge could assist you in getting a replacement item at no additional charge. Just hold onto your receipt.
