Hi, i have a package holiday booked for 2021 in lung a resort hotel. My tickets are showing in MDE so will i be able to reserve park passes on june 22nd? Does the full balance of the holiday need to be paid before we can reserve parks?

    Hiya Lauren,

Thank you for stopping BACK by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another vacation question. It is our privilege to help you plan an incredible vacation visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth. 2021 is the perfect time to visit Walt Disney World as the 50th Anniversary Celebrations will begin to take place, creating even more magic and the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime. I am excited to hear that you already have a holiday package booked for 2021!

The new Disney Park Pass System will be available for Guests to start making park reservations as early as June 22, 2020. Since you have a Disney Resort hotel reservation with valid theme park admission, you will be able to start making your park reservations on this date even though you have a balance remaining on your holiday package. In order to book the park reservations, you will need to follow these four steps:

Step 1: Link your admission and resort reservation to your My Disney Experience Account
Step 2: Create your party from your Friends & Family List
Step 3: Choose the date and theme park you would like to visit
Step 4: Review and confirm your plans

You have already completed the first step by linking your Disney Resort hotel stay and theme park tickets to your Disney account. I highly recommend that you ensure your Friends & Family list is up to date, as you will be able to make park reservations for up to 12 Guests, at the same time. Each Guest will require valid theme park admission to secure a park reservation. Please note that reservations are limited, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. At this time, you will be able to select one park per day with a park reservation made for each day of entry.

I hope this information helps you to make your park reservations when the new Disney Park Pass System becomes available. Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions!
