Jill, I've got great news for you; you are absolutely able to
ship a package to your Disney Resort hotel ahead of your visit so that it is there waiting for you upon your arrival! If you decide to do this, be sure to clearly label your package with your Disney Resort hotel's full address and also include the word "Guest" along with your arrival date so that the Front Desk will be able to connect you with your package upon check-in. Also, keep in mind that there is a fee for any package delivered to your Front Desk on your behalf; the fee is currently $6 per package (subject to change) and the charge will be applied to your room folio.
As a bonus tip, Jill, you can also schedule grocery deliveries to your Disney Resort hotel if you'd like to have some snacks, drinks, or other necessities on hand during your stay. These packages will be held by
Bell Services until your arrival, and can be picked up or delivered to your resort room once you've arrived (note there is a $6 fee for delivery to your resort room; this price is also subject to change).
