Can we have a package delivered in advance? I want to order some items off Disney.com and wondering how closely I need to orchestrate timing (there are some promos I want to take advantage of, if possible!). We'll be at BLT Contemporary resort.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica!

Guests are certainly welcome to have packages shipped to their official Walt Disney World Resort hotel in advance of their stay. You will need to make sure your package includes the mailing address of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, clearly features the word “Guest” on the front of the package and clearly indicates the date of your arrival.

The address for your hotel is as follows:

    Bay Lake Tower
    Disney’s Contemporary Resort
    4600 North World Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8413

Please note that a $6 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. You may pick up your packages at the onsite Business Center inside Disney's Contemporary Resort for no additional charge.

Should you choose to ship items home at the end of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you may do so at the Front Desk or Concierge desk of most Walt Disney World Resort hotels (or the onside Business Center at select hotels). Standard shipping and handling charges will apply.

Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you, Jessica! We hope to see you real soon.

Hiya, pals! I'm Amy from South Carolina. I'm married to my Disney-loving best friend, and together we've raised two princes and a princess. Whether I'm teaching my high school journalism students, planning Disney Bounding outfits with my daughter, or researching which new adventures we'll encounter on our next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I find a way to incorporate a little Disney magic into everything I do. I look forward to helping you discover the magic, too!  Learn More About Amy
