    Package booked for Oct 2020. My confirmation e-mail says I need to pay the balance 30 days prior and if I cancel 2-29 days before arrival, there is a $200 fee. I thought that was being waived and I could cancel up to day of arrival for a full refund.

    Amy this is such a great question. Generally, reservations modified less than 30 days in advance are subject to a cancellation or change fee. Currently, Walt Disney World Resort is waiving all Disney imposed cancellation and modification fees for arrivals beginning on or before December 31, 2020.

    To cancel or modify your reservation, you will need to call the Reservation Line at (407) 939-1936. 

    Before you head out, be sure to check out everything you need to know about the updates to the experience at Walt Disney World Resort. You will find everything from enhanced cleaning procedures, to mandatory face coverings, to Disney Park Pass system reservations.
