Congratulations on booking a vacation package at Walt Disney World Resort, Lisa! You are going to have the most magical time of your life. For me, one of the most satisfying parts of planning a trip "home" is seeing all of my plans populate in my My Disney Experience account. I'm sorry you're having a little trouble, but let's see if we can get everything practically perfect for you.
First, let's double-check that those tickets haven't been hiding from you. On your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the three lines in the lower right of your screen. Next, tap the Tickets and Passes tile, and if your tickets are linked, you'll see them along the top in color-coded banners with a barcode beneath each ticket. You can swipe to see any tickets you are managing for
Family & Friends there. If you see them, then hooray! You're ready to make your
Theme Park Reservations for each day of your visit.
If your tickets aren't linked on that screen, look at the top right corner and click the blue plus sign. From there you can click Link Tickets & Passes and enter the ID code from your confirmation email.
Lisa, if all of that still doesn't make those tickets appear, then I'd suggest calling a friendly Cast Member at the
Existing Tickets line. Have your confirmation number handy, and I'm sure they'll have you set in no time.
One more thing before I go. I notice your dates fall within the range for the newly announced
Disney Dining Promo Card. There are certain requirements for your vacation package, but it would be worth checking into. Look over the guidelines and click on the "
apply this special offer" link to see if you can add it. If there's one thing I love about Walt Disney World Resort, it's eating!
Please
let me know if you have any additional questions about your trip this year! I'd love to help you planDisney!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
