Hi Nancy!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a vacation with the littles coming up. I love Disney at all times, but I especially love experiencing it with the short-stacks! The Magic of the Parks comes alive watching it through their eyes!
I have traveled to Walt Disney World Resort with babies many a time, and the
complimentary cribs that are available at every Disney Resort hotel are so convenient. Most of the “cribs” are standard size Pack n’ Plays, but some larger cribs are available. The cribs come with a fitted sheet and a standard mattress. As a first-time mom, I was concerned that the mattress was quite thin compared to my daughter’s at home. Thankfully one of my best friends (who is also a pediatrician) was traveling with us and reminded me 1) safety first(!), nothing additional goes in baby’s bed, and 2) babes are not as particular as we are, and they will happily sleep on a thin mattress!
You can request a crib either at arrival or by calling your hotel beforehand. Disney also has
Featured Providers where you can rent a crib or a toddler bed. We have happily used Kingdom Strollers several times. The process was very straightforward, and the products are great.
When you are out and about, make sure to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers. They are located in all four Theme Parks and are a great place to take a break, change a diaper or have a snack.
Nancy, have a fabulous vacation!
