I owuldlike to book the three bedroom and the two bedroom villas at the Grand Floridian and I would like them to be from what I can see across the hall from each other on the same floor. would this be possible? Thank you.

    Hello, friend!

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’re planning a grand family getaway, and there’s truly no better place than The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I stayed there myself when I celebrated the big 5-0 with my family, and our two-bedroom villa was the nicest Disney accommodation I’ve ever experienced. I still remember sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine, watching the monorail glide by as the sun set over those iconic red-tiled roofs...it was pure magic! I’m so excited for you to experience that same kind of relaxation. You’ll also love the full kitchens and the large soaking bathtubs, which are such a treat after a day in the parks!

The Deluxe Villas building is located closest to the beautiful Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. There’s one three-bedroom Grand Villa at the end of each hallway in the six-story building. While it’s not guaranteed, it is possible (though challenging) to book a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom villa near each other. These rooms aren’t connecting, so your best bet is to make a strong request at the time of booking and check periodically for cancellations. Since there are only six Grand Villas at the resort, they’re quite limited, so the earlier you book, the better your chances. When you make your reservation, be sure to note your request for the villas to be near each other or on the same floor, and then make a follow up call with a Disney Hotel Reservations agent afterward to kindly reiterate your request.

If you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member, you can book at 11 months out if it’s your home resort or 7 months if it’s not. If you’re booking directly through Disney Reservations instead, availability is currently open through December 2026, so now’s a great time to plan ahead.

And if you really want to treat yourself, I highly recommend visiting The Grand Floridian Spa. Their facials, especially the Organic Garden Facial, are heavenly and the perfect way to unwind during your stay.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything comes together perfectly for your vacation. If you have any other questions as you plan, please feel free to visit us here at planDisney again!

    See ya real soon,
