I own the non-expirable Magic Your Way Park Hopper Tickets. They are linked in my app, and when making a Virtual Queue it says I have no eligible people, even with 4+ days left per ticket. When I try to make a day reservation, it still says none eligible.

    Hey there, David!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. Oh boy! It appears that you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth very soon... I bet you're counting down the seconds until it's time to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks again. Before your arrival, let's chat about how to redeem the remaining entitlements attached to your special theme park tickets.

David, your theme park tickets are very rare, nowadays. It's likely you purchased your Magic Your Way theme park tickets sometime before the early 2000s! To use old tickets like the type you've described, the remaining value of the Magic Your Way tickets has to be converted into a usable form of theme park admission. To complete this conversion, I encourage you to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the Existing Tickets phone line as soon as possible. This team will be able to tell you how many days of remaining entitlements each ticket has, and can also assist you in transferring the entitlements into usable theme park admission. Additionally, since your tickets are currently undated, they'll be able to guide you through the process of making a theme park reservation (or they can even complete this step for you). Just be ready with your ticket number when you make the call!

Once your theme park ticket has been assigned a date and a theme park reservation has been made, you'll be eligible to secure virtual queue spots, David. The My Disney Experience system should then be able to recognize that you're planning to visit a theme park on a selected date, allowing you to access the virtual queue functionality and more! If you have any additional questions about your theme park admission or using the My Disney Experience mobile app once you arrive, simply visit a Guest Relations or a Guest Experience Team location for assistance.

David, I hope these suggestions are helpful as you prepare for a perfect Disney day! If you have any additional questions throughout your visit, you're always welcome to stop back by planDisney anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
