    Can I have outside mail delivered to my resort? I want to order a jacket but it won’t be delivered until I am in Disney.

    The countdown is on to your magical vacation at The World's Most Magical Place on Earth. The holidays are on full display at the theme parks, Disney Resorts Collection hotels, and Disney Springs. You can meet Santa via the virtual queue at Once Upon a Toy.

    Disney Resorts Collection Hotels will accept packages on your behalf within a week of your stay. Please make sure an adult signature is not required for your shipments. To ensure proper delivery, please follow these simple rules addressing your package.

    • Name of your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel
    • Guest (Primary Guest Name), Arrival Date 12/10/2023
    • Hotel Address (can be found on the resort homepage to the right of the screen)
    • City, State, Zip Code
    As a guest of Disney Resort, be sure to take advantage of your 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry to all four theme parks. This will give you access to those most popular attractions before the parks officially open.
