My family and I are big fans of
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and I am sure yours will be too. Yes, the Polynesian has outdoor dining areas. Whether you are using
mobile ordering from
Kona Cafe, or maybe you are visiting
Captain Cook's for some of their delicious counter service options, there are some great outdoor seating areas located immediately outside of Captain Cook's doors. The tables are pinned in between the Great Ceremonial House and the main pool area. We often will grab our first lunch there after arriving on our vacation so that we can immediately immerse ourselves into the island theming.
BONUS TIPIf the crowds are still a concern for you, think about taking in the
Magic Kingdom Park fireworks from the Polynesian resort beach. They have speakers located there that pipe in the soundtrack from the park, and the fireworks are designed to be seen from that direction, as it lines up with Main Street U.S.A. in the park.
