We originally booked 2 rooms at Saratoga Springs but had to cancel one. Room only reservation. Will WDW refund my deposit or put it towards the other room?

    Hi Maria!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a great choice for families. With two feature pools and a short walk or boat ride to the newly reimagined Disney Springs, you’ll have plenty of shopping and dining options for the whole family! Plus you’re sure to love the spacious, home-like accommodations.

If you have made a room only reservation, as long as you cancel early enough, you will get the full amount of your deposit back. Usually with a room only reservation, you put down the cost of a one night room reservation, and you pay the balance at check-in. If the reservation was made online, you must cancel at least 6 days prior to check-in. If you made your reservation over the phone, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to check-in. As long as you do this, the original amount that was charged will be returned to the card or account you used when booking.

Have an unforgettable Walt Disney World Vacation, Maria. Let us know if you have any additional questions before your magical trip!
