    I am organizing travel for a group of 10. Two of my travelers are arriving late and unsure if they will make it to a park on day one. If unused, can tickets be modified from 5 day to 4 day prior to use? Refunded or Credit?

    Hi Jonathan,

    We love traveling with our friends and family to Walt Disney World. The extra magic is what makes our memories extra special.

    Unfortunately, once tickets are purchased, you cannot receive a refund on your tickets. It is up to your companions if they want to enter a park for a few hours or let the ticket go unused. Generally, the more days you purchase on your tickets the cheaper it is.
