Hi there, Sherri!
I’m so happy to welcome you to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your question for us.
Oh, Sherri, I love that you’ll be taking your
little Mouseketeer to The Most Magical Place on Earth! There is something extraordinary about experiencing the magic of Walt Disney World through your little one’s eyes, and I know how special this trip must be for you.
You’re right about needing
Disney Park Pass reservations for Guests 3 years and older; however, I don’t want you to panic. Instead, I would recommend you speak to a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. They’re able to look into your account this way, and I have found them to be extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed help with my own park pass reservations.
To chat with a Cast Member through your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, open it up and click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Then, scroll down until you see the “Chat With Us” icon and select it, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
Since you’re going with a little one, I did want to mention the
Baby Care Centers. They are located in every Theme Park and are truly a haven to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all to feed or change your Mouseketeer. You will also find a small shop there should you need any small items like diapers, wipes, and more.
If you and your husband would like to ride an attraction that your small Mouseketeer is unable to experience, do be sure to look into the
Rider Switch Service. It helps parties with Guests who are unable to experience an attraction not wait twice as long in the line; I myself have used this service a few times and am so grateful for it.
We can't wait to welcome you to the magic, Sherri! Have an enchanting time.
Aena
