    I ordered ticket and got an email saying “pending purchase” it has been an hour and I still don’t have my ticket to make my park reservations. Please help

    Hiya, Heather! Welcome to planDisney!

    Can you believe that there are only a few more sleeps until your magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort?! I imagine you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! However, we need to make sure you can create your Theme Park Reservations before you completely dive into the magic. I would love to try to help you - let me just grab my magic wand!

    First, let's see if your ticket has been confirmed and linked to your My Disney Experience account. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Take a look and see if you're able to view your Theme Park Tickets. If you can, HOORAY! It's time to make your Theme Park Reservations! If not, let's follow the advice of my pal Anna and do "the next right thing."

    • If you've received your confirmation email for your tickets but they aren't linked to your account, you can link them through the Link Reservations and Purchases page.
    • If your email still says "pending purchase," it may be time to reach out to the wonderful Cast Members. Since your trip is so soon, I'd call them as soon as you're able to! Personally, I tend to have the best experience when I call a Cast Member right as phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST, which seems to give me the lowest wait times. Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who can stretch their magic wands a bit farther for us and they will be happy to help you locate and link your Theme Park Tickets!
    • Be sure to keep an eye on the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar! When speaking to a Cast Member, it would be a good idea to have in mind which parks you'd like to visit on which days.
