    I just ordered FL resident annual passes over the phone and linked them to my Disney account online. I keep seeing references to an exchange certificate that we'll need to take with us on our first visit. Will this come in the mail?

    Hi there, Jennifer! I can think of nothing better to look forward to in the New Year than a whole year's worth of Walt Disney World magic. Congratulations on the purchase of your annual pass.

    You will receive your annual pass exchange certificate in the mail in the next couple of weeks. If you have a  trip planned sooner than when your certificate arrives, you can still go to the park and visit guest services. Have the payment method with which you purchased your passes handy, and identification for each adult, and they can help you get yourself all set up.

    If the certificate arrives before your next trip, you'll just go to guest services with that. You can go ahead and customize your MagicBands as long as you have already linked the passes to your My Disney Experience account.
