I'm sorry to hear you are still waiting on your
MagicBand order. Guests with a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can order customized MagicBands through their
My Disney Experience account. MagicBands ordered at least 11 days prior to arrival will be shipped to the address on file; bands ordered between 6 and 10 days will be waiting at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort Hotel to be picked up. The current processing and shipping time is approximately 10 business days; this is an estimate. I also placed a MagicBand order last week, and my order confirmation email included a note indicating that due to current events, shipments and deliveries may be delayed. I know there have been times in the past when I placed my MagicBand order close to the ordering deadline and I did not receive it before my trip. In this case, I just used other MagicBands I had from previous trips --
MagicBands are reusable. If your MagicBands do not arrive in time, stop by the Front Desk at your Disney Resort Hotel to pick up Key to the World cards. Another option would be to create
Disney MagicMobile passes via the My Disney Experience mobile app and save them to your digital wallet.
A Disney MagicMobile pass will have much of the same functionality as a MagicBand.
