    I ordered Magic Wrist Bands online, when will I receive them ? We will be arriving Nov. 10th.

    Hi John!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Your trip is just around the riverbend.  Are you too excited to sleep already?  I know I would be.  I hope your vacation is filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

    Guests who stay at a Disney Resort Hotel will be able to customize complimentary MagicBands for use during their trips.   These MagicBands will be mailed about 30 days before your arrival, give or take a few days.  I have a trip coming up in mid October and I received our Magic Bands about a week and a half ago.   If your trip is within 7 days and you still have not received your MagicBands I would contact a Cast Member who can check on the status of them for you.   You can reach a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357.
