    I ordered our Magic bands prior to the parks closing. When I go into "My Disney Experience" when I look at My Magi bands order it just says Magic Band order for 2. How do I know if my order still exists? Or If I need to reorder?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Roxanna!

    MagicBands are the niftiest vacation accessories!  They are such an easy way to access your theme park admission, link Disney PhotoPass photos to your My Disney Experience account, charge purchases to your Disney Resort Hotel room folio, and even unlock the door to your room!

    Let's try to get to the bottom of what may be happening with your MagicBand order.  The answer depends on when you customized your MagicBands, and if you selected complimentary bands or chose upgraded premium bands.

    A MagicBand order that contains only complimentary solid-colored bands remains open and editable up until the time of shipment, approximately 30 days prior to your arrival date.  When you navigate to "My MagicBands and Cards" in your My Disney Experience account, below the words "MagicBand Order for 2 Guests" you should see a character icon for each Guest, with the color bands you selected in a small circle.  There will also be a blue button with the words "Edit Order", should you wish to change your selection.  If your bands are showing here and you are happy with your selection, there is nothing else you need to do.  If the bands shown in the small circles are greyed out and the blue button has the words "Get Started" instead, you will need to go through the process of customizing your MagicBands.

    Orders that contain at least one premium MagicBand are normally processed and shipped immediately, no matter how many weeks or months away the arrival date may be.  Once finalized, an order with upgraded bands is no longer editable.  During the temporary closure period, new MagicBand orders were not processed or shipped.  If you placed an order with at least one upgraded band and did not receive a shipment notification, your order was automatically canceled and no payment was charged.  You should have received an email notification of the cancellation.  (I received an email from shopDisneyParks with the subject line "Update on Your Premium MagicBands" for my canceled order.)  In this case, you will want to customize your order by selecting "Get Started".

    If what I have described does not address your situation, I recommend reaching out to the My Disney Experience team at (407) 939-4357.  They'll be able to take a look at your account and assist you with making sure your MagicBand order is all set.
