I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive the confirmation for your
shopDisney.com order. First of all, I would recommend logging into your shopDisney account on the
Order Status page using the blue “Sign In” button to view your complete order history. From here, you should be able to click the link with your order information to find the order number--then you can use the “Order Tracking” feature to find out when your
MagicBands should be delivered.
Should your order not appear on the Order History page, I would reach out to a Cast Member using one of the three “Contact Us” options at the bottom of the page. Cast Members are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until midnight, Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
I hope your
MagicBands will arrive soon, Sherry! Once they do, make sure you
link your MagicBands with your
My Disney Experience account and assign each one to the appropriate family member. Once MagicBands have been assigned to one person, they cannot be transferred to another. However, you can have multiple MagicBands assigned to a single person.
