MagicBand+ and Smart Phone

    I ordered my family MagicBands through the My Disney Experience page on the 9th, and while our trip starts on the 21, we leave our home on the 18th. Will they arrive in time? If not, is there a way to ship them to our hotel?

    Welcome to planDisney, Amy, where we love all the magical things...especially MagicBands! Your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort this month is coming soon, so let's check into getting those MagicBands on your wrists.

    I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who said that since you ordered your MagicBands at the 11-day-or-more mark, they will be mailed to your home address. But if you have not received an email confirming shipment, you can contact Website Support to request they be shipped to your Disney Resort Hotel instead. I'm sending a sprinkle of pixie dust so that you'll catch them in time, Amy!

    Whether you purchased MagicBand 2 or MagicBand+, I know you'll enjoy the conveniences they provide. Using them as a key to my Disney Resort Hotel is so easy, and paying for snacks and merchandise with a tap of my band makes spending money less painful! And the rechargeable MagicBand+ offers some fun interactive surprises, too. I'd love to know what designs and colors you chose!
