    I just ordered my Annual passes where how do I customize our magic bands?

    Hi Krystle!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I will be happy to help you with your question about MagicBands for Annual Passholders.

    In order to customize the MagicBand you will receive as an Annual Passholder, you must first activate your Annual Pass in person at a Walt Disney World ticket window or Guest Relations and use it to enter a Theme Park or Water Park (if admission to Disney's Water Parks are included in your Annual Pass.)  You should then see the option to customize your MagicBand in the "MagicBands and Cards" section in your My Disney Experience account.
