Disney's PhotoPass Service and the
Memory Maker product. They make it so easy capture all the magical moments with your entire party on your vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort! Just the other day, my family and I sat down and went through some of our downloaded pictures from Memory Maker; we laughed, I cried, and great fun was had!
Rest assured, you are not alone. I have lost track of time and my pictures have expired. The good news is that the incredible Cast Members at the
PhotoPass Guest Support hotline helped me retrieve the photos and I was then able to purchase a USB. Although the possibility of finding the photos is not guaranteed every time, call and be patient with the Cast Member you're speaking to. The Cast Members truly do their very best to help, and they understand how meaningful those magical photos are to you.
