Hiya, Natalie. I'm pleased to welcome you to planDisney, your one-stop shop for all
Disney vacations! Whether you've got questions about
Disney Vacation Club, the
Disneyland Resort, the
Walt Disney World Resort, or
Disney Cruise Line, we've got the answers and are very happy to help!
Not everyone needs a
My Disney Experience account or the
My Disney Experience mobile app to use passes obtained through the
Disney MagicMobile Service. Each Guest who has an account should create their own MagicMobile Pass, but if you manage the profiles of other Guests in your party,
you can create the MagicMobile Passes for them and
share them via iMessage. Then, they'd simply add the pass to their Apple Wallet and should be all set to scan in! Alternatively, you can add them all to your own Apple Wallet and use your phone to scan in for them.
When I go to the theme parks with a bigger group, there is often a wide variety of ticket media that we all use to gain admission. I'm all about the
MagicBand+, some prefer to use Disney MagicMobile, and others go to
Guest Relations and request a card. At the end of the day,
it's all about options and what works best for you.
Natalie, I hope that your May trip goes beyond your expectations. Be sure to be on the lookout for
new experiences popping up around the parks this year and stay tuned to
Disney Parks Blog leading up to your trip. You never know what surprises are right around the corner!
If you have any other questions,
I'm here to answer them.
People have all kinds of sides to them,
Matt
