You can order
MagicBand+ bands in a variety of ways. You can visit
ShopDisney.com to purchase a band from a wide array of styles and colors. You can also select bands directly from your
My Disney Experience account if you have an upcoming Disney Resort Hotel reservation.
To order a band via your My Disney Experience account, if your stay qualifies you to do so, you start by hovering over
"My Disney Experience" on the main page of the Walt Disney World website, in the upper right of the page. From the pop-up menu that appears, select
"My Magic Bands and Cards". From there you should see a series of prompts, beginning with
"Get Started" that will walk you through all the necessary steps.
BONUS TIP #1If you purchase 11 or more days ahead of time, and your shipping address is in the US, you can get the band shipped to your home. Purchases from 6 to 10 days ahead of time will be waiting for you at your resort.
BONUS TIP #2Pairing your new MagicBand+ to your account could not be easier. Just make sure you have the
My Disney Experience App installed on your smartphone, and you will see it offers some simple steps on how to pair the band to your account, as well as how to personalize your settings.
BONUS TIP #3If you have any issues with your MagicBand+ bands while in the parks, just find one of the blue
“Guest Experience Team” umbrellas located throughout each park. These folks solved my MagicBand pairing issue in minutes, and I was back to my rides in a snap!
