Welcome, Max! Thank you for your question, and I can only imagine how very frustrated you must be at this moment.
The bottom line on
Walt Disney World theme park tickets is that they are nonrefundable. There are other options that may be available to you, so bear with me, and we can talk this through.
If you'll be coming back to Walt Disney World and haven't used any days on the tickets, you can have the arrival dates changed to another time. I can't recommend enough that you check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure you can make
theme park reservations for the time you want to revisit before making other travel plans.
Theme park tickets that have not been used can also be reassigned to another guest. If there is someone else on your
My Family and Friends list in your
My Disney Experience account that will be visiting Walt Disney World soon, you can reassign the tickets to those people.
Lastly, Max, keep refreshing the availability calendar to see if something opens up. My cousin is visiting the same time you are and lucked into an
EPCOT reservation just the other day. You may get lucky before your upcoming arrival.
I hope there's an option here that you can work with, Max. I know none of the solutions are ideal, but I'll be looking forward with faith, trust, and pixie dust that this all works out for you.
If I can help with anything else, please come on back to see me.
Anna
