Your countdown is almost over! Next week you'll be casting off on a fantastical vacation with Disney Cruise Line! I love sailing on any ship in the DCL fleet, but the
Disney Fantasy holds a special place in my heart, so I'm excited you'll be boarding real soon.
On your 4-night cruise, it's up to you if you'd like to bring something a little nicer to wear to dinner for the optional dress-up night. You'll see every type of acceptable dinner attire that evening, from shorts to sequins. The characters will be in their formalwear for
pictures, so no matter what you choose to don for the evening, stop by to see your favorite Disney pals. Scheduling is always subject to change, but typically the
optional dress-up night is on Day 2 and
Pirate Night on Day 3. You'll be able to check this when you log in to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app either at the port or once on board.
The
Halloween on the High Seas sailings begin a little later in September, Chris, so your cruise will not offer any spooktacular festivities such as trick-or-treating. If you'd like to consider one for the future, the
Fall 2027 itineraries were released today, so the timing works out well for you to reserve your next cruise with an
onboard discount (some blackout dates apply) next week. It will be listed as a Halloween on the High Seas cruise when you book, so you'll know you are selecting the correct itinerary.
