Welcome to planDisney, Misty!
Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Have you hEARd the great news? Disneyland Resort has
reopened up its gates for Guests residing in the great state of California!
Like you, I am so ready to experience all the magic at Disneyland Resort, Misty! However, since
theme park reservations, which are required along with tickets to enter the parks, are only eligible to be made by Guests residing in California, this Texan will be waiting patiently and eagerly for the reservations to open up to out-of-state Guests! Meanwhile, I’ve been following along the fun on planDisney’s Instagram account, @planDisneyPanel, and it looks absolutely magical! I would recommend you keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the Disneyland Resort website, as they will be among the first to announce when these reservations open up to everyone!
Once you are eligible to begin booking your trip and would like to reserve a hotel-only stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel, a deposit in the amount of the first night’s rate is required. The remaining balance is not due until your arrival. As for
Vacation Packages which include a hotel room stay and theme park tickets, those too would require a deposit which varies on your package type, and the remaining balance is usually is due 30 days prior to your arrival. For both hotel room-only reservations and Vacation Package reservations, you can make payments in the amount of your choice up until the date the balance is due.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic when the time is right, Misty!
