Where is there an option to CANCEL a park reservation on My Disney Experience?

    Welcome to planDisney, Amy!

I am so sorry to hear that your plans are changing.

You are absolutely able to cancel your Disney Park Pass system reservation. What you will want to do is to log into your My Disney Experience Account and click on "My Plans."

Once you see the Disney Park Pass system reservation that you would like to cancel, click "View Details." Under the date and time of your reservation, you will see a blue button that says "Cancel Reservation."

    That's it!

I dearly hope that you can reschedule soon, but remember the price that you paid for your theme park ticket is never lost. Just remember to change your ticketed date and make your new Disney Park Pass system reservation.

    See you real soon!
