    does the opt out of housekeeping extend to French Quarter resort? instead of waiting for fresh towels can I bring dirty towels somewhere and swap them out myself? if so, where would I bring them?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so glad that you stopped by again with another great question, as it's a true joy to share in the fun of planning your next Disney adventure!

    I'm happy to let you know that yes, you'll be able to participate in Service Your Way at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. My family loved our stay there, and found the cobblestone streets and riverside location to be so charming and relaxing! We participated in Service Your Way and enjoyed using our gift card for some special splurges during our trip. This personalized service is available at all Value and Moderate Resort hotels, and you'll simply need to ask at the front desk to participate. When you sign up, you'll receive a $10 Disney Gift Card for each night of your stay except the last one. For example, if you have a six-night stay booked, with Service Your Way, in exchange for receiving daily housekeeping services, you'll receive a $50 Disney Gift Card via email to be spent anywhere Disney Gift Cards are accepted. The great news is that if you need anything - fresh towels, clean sheets, additional toiletries, etc., you may certainly dial Housekeeping on your in-room phone, and they'll be happy to bring them to you. They won't make your bed for you or hang up your towels, but you'll have what you need to do it yourself. At this time, there isn't a place where you can exchange used towels for fresh ones, but I've always found them to be very responsive when I've needed something.
