Any opinion on what parks are best for rainy days, and what are the worst? Thanks

    Greetings Andrew!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  While visiting the Disney Parks, my family has encountered afternoon showers that forced us to seek shelter or purchase ponchos. That being said, we actually found the showers to be a positive as many Guests left the park and the wait times diminished significantly.

Based on my own personal experience, I would recommend visiting Epcot or Magic Kingdom Park on a day that has a high percentage of rain in the forecast and would avoid Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Although Epcot is a large park and requires a great deal of walking, there are so many indoor attractions in both Future World and World Showcase that it makes Epcot an ideal choice for a rainy day. Magic Kingdom Park features many indoor and outdoor attractions; however, the attractions are close together. I would personally avoid Disney's Animal Kingdom Park on a rainy day due to the number of outdoor attractions.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a sunny trip, Andrew!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
