What, in your opinion, is the best balcony room on the Fantasy? We have heard category E05. We are going sans kids this time. In the past we have had rooms in the rear end balcony and was nice and quiet and had a fairly large deck. TIA

Welcome aboard, Amy! You must be excited to be setting sail with Disney for your first adults-only cruise!

If you have enjoyed sailing in the aft section of the ship with a verandah in the past, then yes, Category 5E staterooms are what you'll want to consider again this time. Isn't it nice to have that gorgeous view off the back of the ship as you sail at sea and pull into port? But, there are other great stateroom categories onboard too.

My family enjoys Midship, mid-level verandah staterooms, such as a 4C or 4D, like stateroom 6592, or around there. I love being Midship because it makes getting around to the other areas onboard very quick and easy. We're near the Midship elevator, but not too close for much noise, and we can head forward or aft to the other elevators and stairs easily depending on where we'd like to go.

Since it's just the two of you, I'd really recommend checking out which category and location fits best with your budget and getting exactly what you'd like. Since you've really enjoyed the aft in the past, you know you can't go wrong there! View the Disney Fantasy, click on Deck Plans in the picture slide show, and there you will be able to hover your mouse over the different staterooms on each deck to find out their category and description. Then check out the decks above and below that one to see what is nearby. This is how we like to choose our stateroom.

Have fun as you plan this exciting adventure, and please let me know if I can help with anything else before you set sail, Amy!
