What are the operation hours December 23-28, 2025? As a senior do I need to obtain a special pass so I don't have to wait in line. I'll be using a scooter.

    Happy 'Almost' Holidays to you!

I love that you are visiting the Happiest Place on Earth during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. I grew up in California, so we often spent holidays at the Land. We decided to extend that tradition to our kids a few years ago, and they said it was one of the best Christmases they've had!

Disneyland will update its Calendar with hours, special events, nighttime spectaculars, and parades about two months in advance. I just checked, and the Calendar is updated through the beginning of October, so I suggest checking here in mid-October to get accurate times. Based on past holidays, I anticipate the parks opening at 8 am and closing between 10 pm and midnight.

Now onto your next question! Feel free to bring your scooter with you, or you can rent a scooter when you arrive at the resort. You can use your scooter in most attraction lines, and then you will need to transfer to most of the rides. Let the Cast Member at the front of the attraction know that you will need to stay in your scooter during your wait, and they will help guide you.

My favorite way to skip the lines and save time is to purchase a Lightning Lane pass. You can buy a multi pass that lets you pick attractions and return times throughout the day. You can also buy a single attraction pass to choose a return time to skip the line at the top attractions. Now, if you want to give yourself a practically perfect holiday gift, I recommend the Lightning Lane Premier Pass that lets you enter every Lightning Lane attraction once at any time during the day!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to return to planDisney. I wish you a Magical Holiday!
