Hello, I just opened my Disney account trying to make park reservations. My son , idependently purchase my tickets but I can not assign the tickets to my account. .

    Heigh-Ho,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney, I am happy to point you in the right direction to solve your Walt Disney World ticket conundrum.

While I am not privy to Guests’ information and can not confirm, I wonder if your son inadvertently linked the tickets to his My Disney Experience account. If so, your son will need to sign into his My Disney Experience account and under My Plans select Tickets and Memory Maker. Next, he will scroll to the ticket he wishes to Reassign and from the drop-down menu select, from the list, to whom it will be reassigned. However, if this is not the case the next step is to call (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can check into the matter in more detail. It is important to get this fixed so you can make Disney Park Pass reservations. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in. Entrance into all four Walt Disney World Theme parks requires a Disney Park Pass reservation to be made.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
