    When I open MyDisney Experience on my phone, I am the primary and he is in my Family & Friends List.When I go to MagicBand+, I only show myself and his name is not listed.The same happens on his phone, only me, not him.How do I fix this to include him?

    Beth, I'm so glad to hear that you're using the My Disney Experience app in preparation for your trip! This feels a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, allowing you to fully unlock everything at Walt Disney World Resort. You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and – my favorite – mobile order food! This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun.

    You mentioned that when you log into your My Disney Experience app, you can see your travel party connected to you in your Family & Friends List. That's great! However, I'm sorry to hear that both you and your other Guest aren't able to view his MagicBand+ selection. Let's see if we can view both MagicBand+ selections for you and him another way!

    First, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then click My MagicBands and Cards. Here, you'll be able to see the purchases made for yourself and the other Guests in your travel party. Take a look at your MagicBand order and see if you can view the MagicBand+ purchases for both of you. If you can, great! It might just be a temporary glitch on your My Disney Experience app. However, if you still can't see the second purchase here, my next best recommendation would be to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. They will be happy to take a peek at your account and help you with any next steps!
