When are the Oogie Boogie Bash tickets going on sale? Thank you

    Hi Mariann!

Welcome back to planDisney, foolish mortal! The Oogie Boogie Bash is one of my absolute favorite After Hours events too. I’ve been keeping a close eye on the shadows for ticket news, and I’m so excited to share the latest update.

The grim grinning good news? We have a date! The Disney Parks Blog has announced that tickets for this spellbinding celebration go on sale to the general public starting June 26, 2025, no earlier than 9 a.m. Pacific Time. But here’s a treat for Magic Key Holders: if you’re an Inspire Key Holder, you get an exclusive chance to purchase tickets early on June 24th, and all other Magic Key Holders get their shot on June 25th. Since these frightfully fun tickets tend to disappear faster than Zero on Halloween night, I recommend marking your calendar and setting a reminder. And here’s a helpful tip: log into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website before the sale starts to help ensure a smooth checkout process (no hocus pocus needed).

We also have some new tricks up our sleeves! This year’s bash will feature not one, but two new villains haunting the treat trails. There’s no word yet on who they’ll be, but I’m hoping for some deep cuts from the Disney villain vault! I’m especially thrilled that Villains Grove is creeping back into the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. This eerie walk-through experience blends fog, mystical lighting, and haunting projections to transform the forest into a mesmerizing playground of shadows and secrets. It’s one of those moments that truly captures the spirit of Halloween at Disneyland. It’s equal parts spooky and stunning.

If you’ll be enjoying Disney California Adventure before the event begins, I’ve got a Q-Tip for you! Party-only Guests must check in to receive a wristband, and the lines at the main entrances can stretch longer than a mummy’s wrapping. Here’s your trick and treat: check for internal wristband distribution spots inside the park. They’re often far less crowded, giving you more time for villain sightings and candy collecting.

I hope this helps you prepare for a hauntingly magical night at Oogie Boogie Bash, Mariann. If any more questions creep up before your visit, planDisney is always here to help.

Wishing you a boo-tiful Halloween season filled with frightfully fun Disney magic!
