    I want to use online check-in, but the resort owes me a credit on my bill at check in. Can I still use online check-in? Also, if I can use online check-in still, how do I use my Disney Rewards card to pay for room charges?

    Hi Joy,

    Online check-in is great to help reduce your time in line when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resorts. You can request room locations and update your information all prior to checking into your resort.

    You will still have to see a cast member to receive your Key to the World card and other resort information. You can request that the credit to your account be applied at that time.

    When I have Disney Rewards to use to pay my resort bill, I go to the front desk the night prior to check out and pay the bill with my Disney Reward card. This allows me to leave my rewards card in my room and just carry my Key to the World card for charging. One caveat is that each resort has a different spending limit prior to charging your credit card on file. You will need to use your rewards card to pay the balance prior to reaching this limit. The limit is noted at check-in.
