If we do online check-in on the my disney experience site how can we make sure they have included all of our room requests? We are looking for specific things like room locations, adjoining rooms, pack and play, etc.?

Hiya Daniel! Welcome back to planDisney!

You and your party must be getting so excited to head to Walt Disney World Resort! February is a beautiful time to visit; the weather is usually warm but not stifling, and with the 50th Anniversary Celebration sparkling all year long, you're sure to feel all of the magic that the Resort has to offer.

Online check-in really is such a time saver!  Knowing that you'll be able to just head to your room when it is ready just takes the stress out of waiting to begin your vacation and lets you jump in headfirst right away.  On your My Disney Experience account you'll have a few options to add your special requests to your reservation.  First, just know that if you booked a specific type of room when you made your reservation, (such as a Preferred Room or a Pool View) those are already in the system, and you do not need to request them again.

When you book your reservation, or after your confirmation number is linked to your account, you can add the requests that you're speaking about.  While these requests cannot be guaranteed, Cast Members will do their very best to make sure your stay is full of the magic you're expecting.  Under your reservation in My Disney Experience, you should see a button that says, "Room Requests."  Here, you are able to add two requests like room location and adjoining rooms.  There is also a section on the main My Disney Experience page that says, "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets."  There will be a drop-down tab with "Add More Plans" and then a section titled "Notes."  Here, you can also type in your requests, especially if you need more space to add a third, such as your request for a Pack 'N Play.

If you would rather speak to a Cast Member about these requests, please feel free to call the Disney Resorts Reservations line at (407) 939-1936.  These friendly Cast Members will be happy to take down all of your notes into your reservation.  You can also always head to the Front Desk when you arrive to check on your requests and remind Cast Members of your need for a safe place for baby to sleep!

While you're visiting, be sure to check out EPCOT's new nighttime spectacular, Harmonious.  I was lucky enough to get an excellent view on our last trip and even after dozens of vacations to Walt Disney World, this is one memory I will treasure forever.  The lights, music, and fireworks just surround you with magic that you'll never find anywhere else.  It literally left me in awe.

Daniel, I hope you're able to make all of your room requests and that you have a very magical vacation!
