Hey there, Cameron! Welcome back to planDisney!
Completing online check-in before your Disney vacation? Now that’s a true Disney pro move! It’s a great way to save time at arrival and get straight to the magic.
Currently, the
My Disney Experience app allows for only basic room requests, such as a preferred location or floor level. If you have a more specific request such as connecting rooms and a crib, the best way to ensure it is noted on your reservation is to call Disney Resort Reservations at 407-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member.
Be sure to have your reservation confirmation number handy, as they will add your request to your file. While requests are not guaranteed, Disney always does its best to accommodate guests whenever possible!
For even more flexibility, you can check with the front desk upon arrival to see if they can assist with any last-minute room adjustments. While you're at the front desk and if you’re celebrating something special, like a birthday, anniversary, or first Disney visit, be sure to mention it when making your request! While not guaranteed, Cast Members love sprinkling extra pixie dust whenever they can, plus you can get a complimentary celebration button to wear!
Cameron, while you're completing your online check-in on your mobile device, be sure to secure any
Advanced Dining Reservations.
Story Book Dining with Snow White at Artist Point is my favorite character dining option. The food is chef's kiss and the meet and greet with The Queen is one of the best.
Wishing you a magical stay filled with pixie dust and the perfect room for your Disney adventure!
Toodles,
Korliss
