Experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Will the on-line check in allow for special requests that was notated when making reservations? ( ground floor, etc.) to determine which room you will be assigned? Love this panel ! Thanks!

    Hi April,

I can't wait to use Disney's new online check-in system for our upcoming trip. What a great feature to be able to verify your information prior to your vacation and have your packet and keys waiting for your arrival. Less time in the resort line means more time at the parks, yahoo!

Yes the online check in system does offer guests the ability to input room requests like location. It is suggested that you still provide any requests at the time you book your reservation. You can verify these requests and make any changes during the online check in process, or add any new requests. Just remember there is no guarantee on requests, although Disney does try and fulfill as many of the requests as possible.

    Wishing you a speedy check-in!
