Ahoy, Azi!
It's great to hEAR from you again! My family is also counting down to a
Very Merrytime Cruise on the
Disney Fantasy, so I know how excited your crew must be about boarding in just a few days. The holiday SEAson is extra magical aboard Disney Cruise Line, so you are in for a lot of pixie dust next week.
Azi, when you completed your online check-in, you selected a "Port Arrival Time" as part of the process. This is the time you'll want to arrive at Disney Cruise Line's terminal at
Port Canaveral on Saturday. After you pass through the security checkpoint, you will be able to drop your luggage curbside with a porter. The porter will take your luggage (be sure all bags are tagged with the tags you received in the mail), and you'll see them outside your stateroom door during the afternoon. Once you've dropped your bags, you can enter the cruise terminal on the first level while a member of your party parks your vehicle in the deck or you can all go together to
park the car. On the third level of the deck, there is a bridge you can cross over to enter the cruise terminal. You can go through the terminal's security separately, but all members of your party must check-in for the cruise together. Once you check-in, you'll receive a boarding number, and you can
board the ship when the number is called. This number does correspond with your "Port Arrival Time," so you'll want to arrive close to that assigned time. The Crew will begin boarding once the ship is cleared, which could be as early as 11:30 a.m. or by noon. The parking deck typically opens around 9:30 or 10:00 a.m.
I hope this is helpful, Azi. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Also, don't forget to keep any
important items with you the first afternoon since your luggage could take a few hours to arrive outside your stateroom.
