At this time, there isn’t a way to make a one-time or additional payment toward your Magic Key balance directly online. Magic Key monthly payments are set up automatically at the time of purchase, and any adjustments or extra payments need a little personal assistance. The good news is that you still have a couple of convenient alternatives available.
One option is to call the
Magic Key Holder helpline, where a knowledgeable Cast Member can review your account and help you with payment-related questions. They’re great at explaining your options and guiding you through next steps. Another option is to visit a ticket booth in the Esplanade during your next trip to the Disneyland Resort. The Cast Members there can assist you in person and help take care of Magic Key payment requests while you’re already soaking in that pre-park excitement.
If you happen to be visiting in February, you’ll be arriving during a particularly festive time at
Disney California Adventure Park.
Lunar New Year transforms the area with colorful décor, culturally inspired entertainment, and an incredible lineup of limited-time food and beverage offerings celebrating Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisines. I would recommend picking up a
Sip and Savor Pass to sample multiple dishes at a relaxed pace, and finding a spot near Paradise Bay can make for a lovely afternoon break filled with music, movement, and memorable flavors.
As you plan ahead, I also recommend checking the Magic Key Portal in the
Disneyland app. This is your go-to spot for Magic Key holder–exclusive perks, seasonal offerings, and special surprises. Starting January 13, Magic Key holders can purchase special
Magic Key popcorn buckets in two new designs (while supplies last), along with enjoying discounted popcorn refills. It’s a perk that adds a little extra pixie dust to each visit and makes being a Magic Key holder feel like an ongoing celebration.
