One of our tickets we bought is up to 9 years old. My son wants to use it but he's 18. We made a park reservation. How would we pay the difference?

Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Jackie. Thanks for stopping by to share your question with us. It won't be long until you will be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. towards Sleeping Beauty Castle and I'm delighted to help you prepare.

Hakuna matata, Jackie! One of the things that I love about Disneyland Resort theme park tickets is the flexibility. If the ticket is wholly unused, you should be able to upgrade to an adult ticket. You can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone line for Tickets and they can assist you. Once you have that settled, you can start thinking about what fun things you will do during your visit.

Pixar Fest is in full swing and there's no shortage of wonderful things to experience between both theme parks. A couple of my favorite things to do have been sampling as many Pixar-themed foods as I can and hanging out at Club Pixar. And you definitely won't want to miss the parade, Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration! in Disney California Adventure Park. It's so fun to see so many beloved Pixar characters and the music is so catchy. I'm still humming it and I'm not mad about it.

Jackie, I hope this is helpful as you prepare for your magical adventure. Here's to having your best Disney day at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Adventure is out there!
